Mission Statement

To preserve, beautify, and advocate for the historic Crystal Memorial Gardens Cemetery, located in Crystal River, Florida.  We also work to restore dignity and honor to those interred there who were forgotten and ensure a peaceful resting place that memorializes the departed and honors their families in our community for generations to come.

About the Event

As we prepare for our 3rd Annual Citrus County Dr. Martin Luther King, Jr. Leadership Gala, we center ourselves once again on the powerful themes of Community: Leadership, Legacy, and Love.


Join us for a  Cookie Decorating and Painting Workshop Extravaganza, where children and families are invited to explore the joy of bringing their imagination to life with cookie decorating and painting on canvas. Through arts, culture, and creativity, we honor Dr. King’s enduring legacy—a legacy of love, learning, and leadership.


Cultural Enrichment through Art
This hands-on experience encourages young minds to dream big, express themselves, and reflect on the powerful lessons of creativity, hope, and community.
